These terms govern your use of Soulfy, including the $50 Bio Link trial and continuity plans. By starting a trial or creating a workspace you agree to them. Plain-language draft, not legal advice — have it reviewed before publishing. Some jurisdictions give consumers cooling-off rights that a "non-refundable" clause can't remove.
$50 trial. The trial costs $50 for 7 days and is non-refundable. It includes registering a standard custom domain (up to $20/yr; premium domains excluded) in your name on day 1, and use of the full iBrand system, which you set up yourself. If we can't register the domain you chose, we'll help you pick another one or refund the $50.
After the trial. Unless you upgrade or cancel, your plan continues as Base Bio Link at $29/month from day 8.
Setup tiers ($497 Starter, $2,497 Growth Accelerator). These are one-time, build-with-you services and are non-refundable once purchased. Continuity at $197/month starts on day 31 after purchase.
Our guarantee (Deployed-or-We-Build-It). If your setup isn't working at the end of your onboarding, the Soulfy team takes over and completes it at no extra cost. This covers the setup we agreed to build. It does not cover third-party outages or accounts you need to provide, such as your social logins or Grok/xAI subscription.
Cancelling. You can cancel $197/month or $29/month any time from your dashboard. It stops at the end of the current billing period, and you won't be charged again. If you move to the $29 plan, your past telemetry is hidden (it comes back if you upgrade).
Your domain. Your domain is registered in your name and is yours. If you cancel, it stays registered until the end of its current registration year (this applies to $197 and $29 plans alike). Automatic renewal turns off, and you can ask us for the transfer code at any time.
Enterprise. Pricing and terms are agreed in writing.

Soulfy provides a Bio Link — your customer-facing page on a domain you choose — plus the iBrand self-setup tools, admin, and related features included in your plan.
You are responsible for the content you publish and for connecting the third-party accounts your plan requires (for example social logins or a Grok/xAI subscription).
Do not use Soulfy for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or abusive content, or to send spam. We may suspend a Bio Link that violates these terms or puts the platform at risk.
AI-generated drafts, quotes, and growth suggestions are heuristic guidance, not guarantees of results or financial, legal, or professional advice. Review anything before you publish or rely on it.
Soulfy is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.
