This policy explains what Soulfy collects when you use our Bio Link product and related services, and how we use it.
Account details you provide (name, email), billing data processed by Stripe, domain registration details when we register a domain for you, and content you put on your Bio Link.
Usage and telemetry for plans that include it (for example Board and agent activity). On Base Bio Link ($29/mo), telemetry collection is off and past telemetry is hidden from the dashboard until you upgrade.
To provide and improve the service, process payments, register domains, support you, and meet legal obligations.
We use processors such as Stripe (payments) and our domain registrar. We do not sell your personal information.
